Jinja. Jinja Area Community Federation (JACOFE), a non-governmental organisation, has earmarked Shs790 million to promote health services in Kamuli and Mayuge districts. Busoga Kingdom’s bid to improve learning outcomes last week received a major boost with a Shs 36m donation. This is after Chinese firm Huawei, in conjunction with the Chinese embassy, donated examination printing equipment worth $10,000 (Shs 36m) to Busoga Kingdom’s joint examinations board (BKJEB). Motor rally drivers face lifetime ban over Iganga rally accident
